Welcome to iWorks Printing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, submitting an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of This Website

This website is provided for information, communication, and ordering purposes.

By using this site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Not misuse or interfere with website functionality

  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may change based on materials, project complexity, or market conditions.

  • A quote is not considered final until approved by iWorks Printing.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or misprints at any time.


3. Orders & Approvals

To begin production, we require:

  • Final artwork files

  • Signed approval (digital proof approval)

  • Deposit or full payment depending on project type

Important:

Once proofs are approved, iWorks Printing is not responsible for errors, including:

  • Spelling or grammar mistakes

  • Incorrect colors

  • Improper sizing or layout

  • Missing images or elements

Please review all proofs carefully before approval.


4. Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, all artwork must meet our specifications:

  • Preferred formats: PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG

  • 300 DPI resolution for small format

  • Vector files for logos

  • Proper bleed and crop marks

  • CMYK color format for printing

If artwork does not meet requirements, additional design or file setup fees may apply.


5. Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment.

Timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Material availability

  • Order volume

  • Custom installations

  • Weather conditions (for outdoor installs)

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.


6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

We offer:

  • Local pickup

  • Local delivery (when available)

  • Nationwide shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

iWorks Printing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Any damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Installation Services

For services requiring installation (window graphics, wall graphics, vehicle wraps, etc.):

  • A clear, accessible work area must be provided

  • Vehicles must be clean before wrap installation

  • Additional fees apply for surface prep, removal of old graphics, or travel

  • Installations may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions

We guarantee professional installation performed by experienced technicians.


8. Payments

We accept:

Credit/debit cards, ACH transactions, and other approved methods.

Payment Policies:

  • Deposits may be required for custom or large orders

  • Full payment is required before pickup, installation, or shipping

  • Returned checks or failed transactions may incur additional fees


9. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are custom-printed:

  • All sales are final once production begins

  • Cancellations prior to production may be subject to fees

  • Deposits for design work or proofs are non-refundable

  • No refunds for completed custom products unless defective

If a mistake is made by iWorks Printing, we will reprint or correct the issue at no additional cost.


10. Color Matching

We make every effort to reproduce accurate colors; however:

  • Colors may vary between digital screens and printed materials

  • Vinyl, fabric, and paper absorb ink differently

  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed without a physical proof

Pantone matching may be available upon request (fees may apply).


11. Limitation of Liability

iWorks Printing is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Missed deadlines due to late approvals

  • Damage resulting from improper installation after pickup

  • Losses due to business interruption, revenue loss, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product purchased.


12. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or files, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content

  • You have permission to reproduce the material

  • Your files do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks

You agree to indemnify iWorks Printing from any claims or liabilities relating to intellectual property disputes.
